Description
Here is your chance to finally own a fantastic, original, super rare copy of Savoy Brown's Shake Down on the Decca label. The story goes that the stereo version was only issued to those who ordered a copy originally, and the mono copy was available at every record store. This makes the stereo copy super difficult to track down. The album itself is very raw, very punchy, and very 60's. This is a great blues album.
The cover is VG+. No splits or seam wear. The mouth has a little wear, and the corners have very very slight corner creases. There is a little bit of record wear on the top back cover. Nothing too bad.
The vinyl is superb. Very clean, with a lot of original lust. Some background dust surface noise, but not bad at all. Side two has one very fine scratch that is inaudible. Great copy.
Happy Bidding! Good luck!
