SCRAPPER BLACKWELL - Mr. Scrapper's Blues  RARE!

A classic blues LP featuring the great pre-war guitarist Scrapper Blackwell, who first recorded in the late 1920s with piano man and singer, Leroy Carr. Blackwell was re-discovered in Indianapolis, Indiana, in the late 1950s and waxed this LP for Bluesville in 1961, which marked his return from an absence of more than twenty-five years. The jacket is in very nice shape except for the top seam split (see photos). The vinyl grades nicely as well with only a very few light scuffs.
