This listing is for a vintage still factory sealed vinyl LP of the album by Seals & Crofts called Summer Breeze.
This a 1972 US club edition released by Warner Bros and Columbia House with catalog # BS 2629.
As mentioned this album is a still factory sealed copy, so the record itself is presumed to be in mint or near mint, unplayed condition, or at least as close to mint as you'll get. Though there are never any guarantees when it comes to older sealed vinyl.
The sleeve, while sealed, is in what I'd call good condition with moderate shelf wear visible through the shrink wrap.
Some minor ring wear is visible, but it's unknown how much of it is just on the shrink wrap and the jacket itself.
The shrink wrap is pretty tight but does have a few small rips in the plastic.
