Sex Pistols - Never Mind The Bollocks Here's The...
(Virgin/ warner Bros BSK 3147 USA LP 1977)
This is an original USA LP pressing. Both the sleeve & vinyl are printed in the U.S. This is rarer than the more common Canadian pressing which was also heavily distributed in the U.S.
This is the earliest U.S. pressing. The rear of the sleeve omits the track "Submission". Therefore a "Submission" sticker was made & stuck to the rear in the appropriate place. This was rectified by the 2nd U.S. pressing.
It has a matt sleeve which, as mentioned, is stickered on the rear with "Submission". It has its original picture inner sleeve which is printed on paper.
The record is pressed on thick vinyl & has textured labels. It has 1st press matrices. These are not that common.
Sleeve: There is some light rubbing wear to the top & bottom edges, & to the spine. There is a small, & light, stain at the bottom of the sleeve. VG++ condition.
Vinyl: Some light sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light, and some mild pressing marks. VG++ condition. The labels are lovely and clean & show next to no spindle wear. Plays VG+ to Near Excellent. There is some light crackle in some quieter places.
The inner sleeve has a seam split down the majority of both sides. Otherwise fine. It is in VG- condition.
The vinyl has been placed in a separate "anti-static" polythene inner sleeve. To protect the actual inner sleeve from any further damage.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).
Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.65 to £7.85 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £7.75 to £11.50 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
