MONO LK 4790 - Small Faces LP

Matrix: XARL -7217-4A and XARL-7218-4A

Although most of my personal collection (all owned from new) are in excellent condition, a couple of the most popular LP's, this one included, have been well played and, as with most of us in the 1960's, we took to friends houses and parties.

This Small Faces LP was one of the greats and is now very collectable and as it has signs of wear, will not be priced as some others I have seen on Ebay.

I'll do my best to describe the condition but please do not be put off by the detail as I do want to give you as much as possible.

As it's very difficult to describe and the best way is to see for yourself and I would be happy to send the LP to winning bidder and if after playing you were not completely happy, return the LP to me (within 7 days of receipt and in the same condition as when sent) at your cost, and I will refund the actual LP purchase cost only. Can't say fairer than that!

Here we go then:

The Front cover is very good condition with just a few signs of wear

Back cover is pretty good apart from discolouring, a small name written which has been Tipexed to cover. As you can see from one of the pictures, there are two small holes in the cover under the SMALL FACES name. The history of this goes back to the 1960's when I took the LP to a party on my beloved Lambretta GT 200 Scooter, and the back rack spring held the album too tightly (well annoyed!)

Moving on to the LP condition, the above mentioned holes in back of the album cover actually penetrated luckily, into the side 1 run off area (shown in photo). I was going to fill this but thought best left as I'm not sure of the best material to use and it does not affect playing. There is some neat thin biro writing on both labels. Sides A and B have only surface markings and a few light scratches that do not stick or jump when played.
