Description
Great organ-drenched garage psych rock on the West Michigan Phantasm label IN A PICTURE SLEEVE! The Soul Benders do the Aris Hampers song Petals. Although this is on Phantasm, it was recorded at the Fenton studios and falls into the Fenton Records numbering system. At the time, some of the bands, just wanted to make up their own label name, as Aris did with both Soul Benders and Phlegethon releases. The other side is the Arthur Lee and Love song Seven And Seven Is. It is a U.S. release on Phantasm Records (2568). The vinyl is a solid VG++ or better, with full gloss. The label is VG++ with very minor wear and no stickers, writing or BB hole. The picture sleeve is VG+ with no split seams, writing, holes or stickers. There is minor ring wear and in the top right it is a little rippled as though it once got a little wet, but not discolored because of it. This does not come up for auction very often and is a West Michigan garage classic, so have fun bidding. This is a very clean copy! I'm starting it at a low minimum bid and no reserve! Don't miss out on this great garage psych rock and check out my other listings this week, including some more Michigan garage items.
