Description

“Square Root of Nine” by Square Root of Nine (Pac Three Records, no catalog number)

 

Moody Michigan private folk LP with the brilliant finger-picking stylings of a very young Richard Ruskin.  Barbara Rutledge has one of those perfect, pure folk voices that doesn’t seem to surface much these days.  Songs like “Down-Cast Emerald Eyes” and “Pussywillows, Cat-Tails” capture that late 60’s haunted vibe perfectly.

 

Condition: Cover = VG++ (only the slightest bit of age-wear, all seams fully intact, nice thick paste-up jacket) / Record = VG++ (a few light spindle marks, shiny vinyl, plays perfectly)

PACKAGING/SHIPPING/POSTAGE: As I’m VERY careful about keeping LPs in their described condition, I ship all LPs in custom LP mailers and use filler pads.  I always pack the disc with the inner-sleeve placed behind cover (both in a plastic slipcover) to prevent seam splitting in transit.

 

Postage for 1-2 LPs within USA: Media Mail = $4.00 or Priority Postage = $6.50, each additional LP add $2.00 (per LP).

 

Foreign Postage Rates:

 

Airmail for Europe/UK = $12.00 for 1 LP, each additional LP add $2.00 (per LP).  Surface mail to Europe/UK for 1 LP = $6.50, each additional LP add $1.00 (per LP).

 

Airmail for Japan/Australia/Asia = $13.00 for 1 LP, each additional LP add $2.00 (per LP). Surface mail to Japan/Australia/Asia for 1 LP = $8.00, each additional LP add $1.00 (per LP).
