The record looks M- /VG++ and plays M-. Side 1 looks clean. No scuffs and no scratches. Side 2 has a light mark app 1/2 inch long on Track 1 that does not affect play. Grooves are glossy and bright and look unplayed.
The cover is near VG++.
The front cover is bright and shiny but has some moderate wear, ring wear and a small hole punch at the bottom near the spine. The back cover is bright and shiny with ring wear and the same hole punch. No split seams. Spots of wear at all the corners and denting at top of spine. Spine is intact and readable. Inside the hold out is bright and clean with little or no wear and the same hole punch.
Black lines that might be visible at bottom left and top right in pictures are due to photo cropping and not on cover.
