This item is part of a large collection which includes some of the rarest and most desirable classical music records including many "Golden Age" ED1 stereo pressings form Decca SXL, Columbia SAX, HMV ASD, Philips Hi-Fi Stereo, Mercury Living Presence, RCA Living Stereo series, audiophile and TAS listed items, and early mono pressings on Ducretet-Thomson, Lumen, Les Discophiles Francais, etc. Featuring artists such as Ansermet, Cluytens, Szell, Ricci, Oistrakh, Milstein, Kogan, Rabin, Grumiaux, Starker, Fournier, Mainardi, Martzy and many others.

Extremely rare original first UK stereo pressings (factory sample stickers on labels) on Columbia SAX 2512 & SAX 2513, ED1. 

Records: VG (plenty of superficial scuffs and rub marks, and a couple of light hairline type scratches that cannot be felt with a fingertip; the records require a professional cleaning which I haven't attempted yet; these are definitely not the best copies but nevertheless grade visually as pretty decent VG; I have fully play-graded all four sides and there were no major audible defects except for a few light ticks at the beginning of the second band of side 2 and for a small amount of minor surface noise which professional cleaning should take care of; the discs are still quite presentable and I would grade the LPs visually as conservative VG and audibly as VG+)
