Description

The rare and wonderful Robert Rauschenberg special edition of the 1983 Talking Heads Lp "Speakng In Tongues" still sealed in its original shrink wrap. The shrink wrap has a tear at the back—SEE PHOTOS. Time has yellowed the clamshell cover, but that's the story with every copy you'll ever see. The record is Mint/Unplayed.


Limited edition of 50,000. Clear vinyl.

The packaging, designed by Robert Rauschenberg, is a transparent plastic case with artwork and credits printed on 3 12" circular transparent collages, one per primary color.


Most copies originally came sealed with a round transparent sticker affixed on the sealing material, on the front at the top right hand corner :
