AUSTRALIAN CUTSOMERS

Please be aware Australia Post have announced a price rise of 25% for stamped mail, effective from April. As a result of this, we will unfortunately need to increase our $3.75 service by 20% to $4.45. We will do this incrementally over a 6 month period to allow for a gradual rather than abrupt change in this pricepoint. We recognise this rise is a significant jump and are sorry to see this affect our on-line community.
In some good news, we will be increasing the savings offered when ordering more than one item from us, so please consider using the 'add to cart' feature before checkout to ensure it is applied to your order, as it is a great way to offset this price-rise.

MAIL SPEED

Our cut off for same day shipping is 8am. Orders received after this time will be shipped on the next applicable weekday. We have a mail collection daily at 1pm. This gives your purchase the best possible start on its journey to you. Please keep in mind mail speed is sometimes affected at present, whilst your purchase will likely be delivered within the eBay suggested ETA window, it may take longer as delays are not uncommon (locally and internationally). By continuing with the purchase you agree not to hold us liable for any delays and will not open any item not received disputes prior to a conversation with us for an update on how we perceive mail flow is at that given time.

We offer several mail options. Our untracked 'letter' option is by far our most popular service (CDs and DVDs will be well packed in sturdy bubble mailers). This service is very reliable (perhaps sometimes slow) but certainly good value for its pricing.
PARCEL LOCKER CUSTOMERS *PLEASE NOTE* Untracked letter is not allowed for sending to Parcel Lockers (PO Boxes is fine). We will cancel, refund and relist items if the wrong service is selected so you can choose correctly at checkout again.
Items over $30 will be shipped with tracking at no extra charge. If you wish to have the ability to track anything under $30, please choose any of the other options available as these all come with tracking.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (outside of Australia)

There has been a shipping price rise as of March 1. Whilst the rise is unfortunate, we are happy to say we will be offering much greater savings when ordering more than one item from us, so please consider using the 'add to cart' feature before checkout to ensure the shipping discounts are applied to your order. The savings we can offer on bulk orders are considerable and a really great way to offset this price-rise.
All international mail is sent as tracked via DHL eCommerce. All tracking will be automatically uploaded once generated at our end. We have a weekly pickup for international mail (an unfortunate hangover from the way DHL eCommerce do business since 2020). There may be a short delay with your purchase moving depending on where your order sits within the pickup window. The tracking details initially provided to us are known as a Shipment ID and can be tracked via https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/home

EUROPEAN AND CANADIAN CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:

European orders have a consolidation point in Germany. Canadian orders have a consolidation point in New Zealand. There may be slight delays with your orders at these consolidation points.

International customers considering purchasing DVDs from Australia, if you are unfamiliar with Region coding or if PAL/NTSC formatting will/won’t work for you, it is highly recommended to check your manual in advance or search online for your device's make and model to confirm its compatible playback options.

DISCOUNTING:

We regularly run sales and offers. We recommend watching items rather than messaging requesting discounts or making offers. We will send out offers on watched items (over $10) typically once a month. Low value items we generally don't consider for offers. We do also gradually lower prices of older items every 4-6 weeks.
