THANKS TO HAVE A LOOK AT THIS WEEK ROCK LP AUCTION !

ORIGINAL UK 1ST MONO PRESS , YELLOW PARLOPHONE , 1967 , PMC 7027 . I RECORDED THE FULL LP ON THE SOUND SAMPLE .

NICE VINYL IN VG+ CONDITION , PLAYS LOVELY AS YOU CAN HEAR . NUMEROUS HAIRLINE MARKS BUT NO FEELABLE ONE . I TOOK A PHOTO OF A BIGGER MARK ON SIDE 1 , AS YOU CAN HEAR ON THE SAMPLE , IT DOES NOT AFFECT THE PLAY  . STRONG AND LOUD QUALITY OF AN ORIGINAL UK PRESS MONO YELLOW PARLOPHONE . A GREAT PLAYING COPY .

SIDE 1 MATRIX IS "YEX 637-1" , "3 7 /MRD" MOTHERS/ STAMPERS .SIDE 2 MATRIX IS "YEX 638-1" " 1 0  /MAA" MOTHERS/ STAMPERS .

GARROD AND LOFTHOUSE MONO LAMINATED GATEFOLD SLEEVE IN  VG++ CONDITION , LIGHT CORNER WEAR ON BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER , LOVELY READABLE  SPINE , NICE INSIDE GATEFOLD WITH FLIPBACK . PATENTS PENDING . LOTS OF BIG SIZE PICTURES .

THE SLEEVE IS A RARE FOURTH PROOF . " The "Fourth Proof" sleeve represents the earliest possible pressing of the Sgt Pepper cover. The Fourth Proof was the final version of the various 'prototypes' that were explored by the Beatles when the cover was being designed. The cover (and text) was approved by the Beatles and an initial very small 'test' run (estimated at 40 to 50 only) was undertaken to make sure everything looked OK. This small test run is characterised by the inverted "Fourth Proof" text in the top right hand corner of the inner gatefold - just above George Harrison's head. This is therefore the earliest possible 'prototype' (test pressing) cover. It was never intended that these test pressing covers should be used but one or two slipped past quality control and are now considered to be the rarest of all the Sgt Pepper covers." THANKS TO MUSICPRICEGUIDE . PLEASE LOOK AT THE MULTIPLE PICTURES .

RECORD GRADING IS M= A perfect, unplayed record . NM= Record appears new, At most, perhaps a barely visible sleeve mark appears on the record. It should play without any noise or skips of any kind whatsoever. VG++= Record has some extremely light surface marks. These marks do not affect play. Very nice copy VG+= Record has noticeable marks, Light surface scratches and may play with some very light noise, but doesn't overpower the music, Still very enjoyable. VG= Record has noticeable marks and scratches, plays with noise
