The Beatles - 'Magical Mystery Tour' E.P. SMMT 1

The Beatles 1969 UK 2nd CONTRACT? pressing of the ’Magical Mystery Tour' E.P. Released on the 8th December 1967, and offered here in WONDERFUL condition.

This 1969 issue failed to chart on release and is now a rare label variation to find. All labels have ‘The Gramophone Co.Ltd….’ rim print BUT NO ‘SOLD IN UK’ text. The sleeve comes fully complete with the booklet and yellow lyric insert sheet not blue as found with the 1967 release. This may in fact be a contract pressing due to the very unusual matrix numbers below.

The matrix numbers are:

Side 1: 7TCE 18435-3 1 22

Side 2: 7TCE 18434-3 1 5

Side 3: 7TCE 18436-2 1 1C7

Side 4: 7TCE 18437-3 1 1C

The vinyl is in EXCELLENT/EXCELLENT+ condition.

All labels are in MINT- condition.

The sleeve is in GOOD++ condition. Wear to the rear top edge and corner.
