ONE FOR THE BEATLES COLLECTORS.
Condition:
Sleeve: VERY GOOD : Garrod & Lofthouse "flipback" sleeve, with good strong spine, light scuffing to corners, and all "flipback" seams intact.
A good clean example, with just some light handling wear on the opening edges. The rear shows some light staining towards the top edge, and a previous owner has added their name in pen.
Record: VERY GOOD+ : The heavy 160gm vinyl has a great sheen to it, and shows just the lightest of hairlines and surface scuffs - and certainly nothing that effects playback. Clean labels and minimal spindle wear. Free of writing, but side 1 shows the remains of a black sticker just to the right of the word "PARLOPHONE".
A very well looked after vinyl - a great example to grace any collection.
Personally checked for sound and quality - and it plays very well throughout, with no skips or jumps. The original MONO sound is a joy to the ears.

I try to accurately describe the condition as per The Record Collector's Guide's parameters:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or unplayed should be mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging may have some slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc.
