BEATLES HARD DAY'S NIGHT LP ORIGINAL 1st  PRESSING MONO

Lables - Each includes the 'Sold in UK...' text and 'The Parlophone Co Ltd...' rims.

A 'KT' purchase tax code is present in the centre of the side 1 label.


Matrices: XEX 481-3N & XEX 482-3N


Housed in the rarer front laminated, tri-flipback 'Ernest J. Day' printed cover, with a mid-sized front mono indicator.

Complete with original rice-paper lined 'Use Emitex..' inner-sleeve.


CONDITION

Labels: EXCELLENT +

A fine looking set bearing just a trace of wear around the centre hole and a couple of light spindle trails on side 1 but none at all on side 2.

Vinyl: Near Mint

Super-clean, deep gloss playing surfaces bearing just a trace of inner-sleeve storage beneath halogen light with no scuffs or scratches anywhere.

Audio: MINT

Played just a couple of times with extreme care on quality equipment, the sound quality throughout is totally flawless. Our careful play-check at volume detected no evidence of any groove/playwear or crackle - even on the quieter and innermost tracks. Nor are there any ticks, clicks or any audible issues on or between any of these fantastic tracks. You won't find a better sounding 1st pressing mono.

Cover: EX

An exceptional example which retains a sparkling, unscratched & unworn high-gloss front panel laminate The exposed rear panel is as clean as any 55 year old cover could be with no traces of age, writing or missing paper. All flibacks are undamaged and in-place and both seams and the spine are smooth & without stresses or splits. Not many left like this.
