Extremely Rare!

This extremely rare audiophile copy of The Beatles' Let It Be is one of the few pressings that were made in 1986 by Mobile Fidelity.
Finding a mint copy of this is nearly impossible!

As most of you reading this already know, all of the Beatles titles released by Mobile Fidelity were - and are - coveted by collectors.
The Mobile Fidelity Beatles issues (and all other Mobile titles, for that matter) were carefully monitored, limited edition runs.
Using 180-gram, high definition virgin vinyl, half-speed mastering and extreme care in packaging, this series of albums -
based on the Parlophone catalog in the U.K. - are the ultimate way to experience the Fab Four in stereo.

Why so rare?...
In the mid 80's, rumors of the impending release of the Beatles catalog on compact disc affected sales of the later Mobile Fidelity releases.
Due to the smaller numbers, the later releases are harder to find.
Let It Be is one of these releases!

Over the limited time that this piece was produced, it was first offered in a deluxe gatefold jacket (opens up...with additional photos,
as the original Apple edition) and then as a regular (non-opening) jacket.
This is the gatefold version.

Condition (let's get picky)...
This LP has been opened but never played...the vinyl is beautiful.
This has the original inner cardboard sleeve and rice paper sleeve.
A heavy outer poly sleeve will be included.
In pulling this out of storage, I did notice a very small white scuff area on the bottom of the back of the jacket and a slight edge wrinkle on the top.
Not really noticeable, but I stress...I'm being extremely picky!
Once again, overall this is in excellent shape.
