Magical Mystery Tour LP - THE BEATLES (Capitol MAL 2835)
Original 1967 U.S. MONO LP. A nice copy of this not-so-common MONOPHONIC pressing, which was starting to be phased out by Capitol that year. With the thick gatefold cover & intact booklet inside.
Disc = Looks EX- (lite hairlines; small lite mark at beginning of track 1, side 2 NOT AFFECTING PLAY AT ALL), but plays much better; NO distortion, only a few random lite pops & clicks, barely any background noise to speak of - a very fine playing copy
Cover = front - ring/general wear, small wear in both left corners, name written in pencil along top edge, small pencil doodle in middle, next to Paul's face / inside - slight ring/general wear, lite browning, small writing (2 words added to the lyrics); booklet still stapled to cover but inside pages have pulled away from the stapled page / back - much ring/general wear, small wear in both right corners / edges & spine - small chipping on front top edge, almost 1" crack in middle of rear top edge, 2" seam split on bottom rear edge, 3" crack in middle of bottom rear edge, tiny lite cracking on spine edge, tiny chip on bottom corner of spine
Labels = lite wear around center hole on both sides, 2 lite thin scuff or scratches by center hole on side 2 only
