Description
This auction is for a very rare MISPRINTED "The Beatles' Second Album" LP by The Beatles released in 1964 via Capitol Records. This is a very rare Rainbow center label Capitol Records press of the "The Beatles' Second Album". The misprint on this record is not the typical misspelling on the back of the jacket, but rather that the back of the jacket is inverted/printed upside-down compared to the orientation of the front of the jacket. We have never seen a copy like this. We have photographed it with the jacket open to show that the printing on the back is upside-down when you flip the jacket horizontally. The jacket is in VG+ condition conservatively with only a little bit of wear present for a record of this age. There is some tape residue on the top center of the front of the jacket (present over the top of the arrow Full Dimensional logo), which is probably the extent of the "wear" on this jacket. All seams are very strong with no splits, and the corners look great! We will ship the record outside of the jacket to ensure no additional wear is added during shipping.
The vinyl record itself is in VG+ to VG++ condition conservatively. Looks to have very little wear/signs of use. Capitol Records rainbow center labels are extremely clean.

- M- Mint Minus - Near perfect, most likely and unplayed record
- VG+ Very Good Plus - Very close to like new with only superficial signs of use that do not affect playability. Only records stored and used with care will grade out to VG+.
- VG Very Good - A used, reasonable copy that plays. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of some light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still nice and playable.
- VG- Very Good Minus - A record with significant wear and marks. Records graded VG-usually have some noticeable surface noise.
- G+ Good Plus. 'Good' means pretty beat up. From here on down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about extremely beat up records.
