Description
Hello and welcome to this auction for a 'Beatles - Revolver 12" 1966 RARE mono EJ DAY original Parlophone pressing LP vinyl' in overall EXCELLENT-/EXCELLENT condition.
VINYL:-
Visual:
- Side 1 - plenty of hairlines and sleeve removal trails but nothing major. Rated as EXCELLENT-. Label is EXCELLENT- (slight spindlewear).
- Side 2 - same as Side 1 except there are a few more larger hairlines and marks - nothing that affects play! Label is EXCELLENT- (spindlewear). **Side 2 features the MISPRINT of Dr. Robert - instead of Doctor robert**.
Audio:
- Audio currently rated as EXCELLENT I have play tested it all the way through and can confirm that there are NO SKIPS, NO JUMPS and NO STICKS! Minimal background crackle is present throughout but it's not that noticeable and doesn't really get in the way. A deep clean could get rid of this! Very punchy, crisp and loud! So much clarity and the bass is superb! A few quiet random click and pops can be heard occasionally but they never get in the way or interrupt the fantastic music! Lies very flat and plays very well!
The original EMITEX inner sleeve has NO SPLITS and is 100% INTACT! Slightly discoloured and has some creases but still a great inner sleeve!
The rare EJ DAY sleeve is currently rated as EXCELLENT-! Lovely bright white shine and gloss to the front. A few laminate creases here and there but no major damage! Rear of sleeve has a few creases but no graffiti, splits or tears! Spine is EXCELLENT-! 100% readable and intact. A few slight creases and discolouration but still looks great!
Catalogue number - PMC 7009 Number of tracks - 14 Released - 1966 Matrix numbers - XEX 605-2 XEX 606-2
As with all the vintage records I sell, I advise a deep clean to enhance the sound quality of the record. Overall, a classic Beatles record that sounds great!
Don't miss YOUR chance to own a classic 'The Beatles - Revolver' 1966 rare EJ DAY DR.ROBERT MISPRINT mono LP for a GREAT price!
