THE BEATLES - Revolver LP
Released in 1966 on Capitol Records, ST-2576.
Original stereo American pressing with black colorband label.
Still in the original shrink wrap!!

The dead wax reads as follows:
SIDE 1: ST-1-2576-A3 (4)   "I AM" is in a triangle with "I" on top and "AM" below.
SIDE 2: ST2-2576-A1 (2)    "I AM" is in a triangle with "I" on top and "AM" below.

The record is in EX condition with only light scuffs visible under bright light! The playing surfaces retain most of, if not all original gloss and play with little to no surface noise on my turntable. This one is just under the condition you might expect from a recently opened record. There are only faint marks visible that do not affect play and often appear on new vinyl! The record labels are also EX with very little visible wear.
The cover is in EX condition with only some edge/corner wear where the shrink is torn around the bottom edge. There may be some slight yellowing in these areas where the shrink is loose. Otherwise, the cover is near perfect and protected by the shrink.
These covers, having a lot of white on the front, typically show even light wear or soiling very easily, whereas this one, being in the original shrink, shows very little to no soiling or fading on the front or back!!

GRADING SCALE:

NM: Near Mint - Absolutely no visible wear. A pristine perfect, like-new copy.

NM-: Near Mint Minus - Only the slightest of wear visible. Example: very slight corner bump on a cover or a few barely visible light inaudible scuffs on a record.  

EX: Excellent - Light wear visible. Example: light edge/corner wear on a cover, a few inaudible light scuffs on a record.

VG+: Very Good Plus - Mostly light wear visible. Example: ring wear, edge/corner wear on a cover, only the slightest of splits are acceptable, light scuffs and possibly light scratches on a record. There can be light surface noise, ex: some light hiss and pops on occasion, but no skips, jumps or overpowering noise.

VG: Very Good - Moderate wear visible. Example: Moderate edge/corner wear on a cover, possible splits, ring wear, writing, etc., moderate scuffs and scratches on a record. Can play with mostly light to moderate surface noise or moderate to overpowering surface noise, depending on the quality of the vinyl. Pops & the occasional tics are acceptable. Skips are not acceptable.

G: Good - Moderate to heavy wear visible. Example: Heavy wear on a cover, most likely including heavy ring wear, splits, tears, writing, dirt, etc., moderate to heavy scuffs and scratches on a record. Record should play through but expect a lot of surface noise with possible tics and skips.

P: Poor - Let's just say that in all possible ways, these records are in poor condition. Only incredibly rare vinyl artifacts would be acceptable at this grade!
