Site has been inactive for sometime due to messy divorce. Most recent feedback is 12 months ago as a result. feedback is negative as there was an item sold that I was not aware of, as I thought the site was inactive. Previous feedback show reliable honest seller.

Front EXC , very minor r/wear, edges a little bumped - bumped corners (minor) - no creases of folds
Rear EXC , as per front description - has a 4 cm feint scratch which is discolored (looks like a a very thin pencil line) Spine EXC, tiny spot of laminate lift (1 mm x 3mm ) very minor - top left hand corner rear - can still read THE BEATLES - STEREO PCS 7068 MONO PCM 7068

Vinyl visual looks EXC. some hairlines no deep marks dusty High gloss surface - Played through (EXC ++) occasional click , nothing noticeable that detracts from listing experience, only noticed due to close listening for grading
Label is EXC + some feint spindle marks when viewed on an angle - otherwise very clean
Side 2 XEX 710-1 3. MY Vinyl visual looks EXC - as per side 1
Label is EXC + mis-punched hole - otherwise same as side 1
Side 3 XEX 711-1 2 GD 11
Vinyl visual looks v.g.c+ - moderate feint surface marks - played through

I have endeavoured to be as accurate as possible with the grading - vinyl as as found - no cleaning - will grade higher with professional clean - there are feint surface marks as described - nothing deep - I noticed Goldmine grading only uses V.G.C + (Record surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experiences) or N/M - record sleeve / label and vinyl are not near mint - vinyl is v.g.c+ / exc has been used to differentiate a little more.

Original 4 individual band member photographs in somewhat between NM condition Original Poster in somewhat between EXC minus - some foxing and light creases (from age and being in sleeve)
Bite original black die cut inner sleeves are as photographed condition - one is intact and one has tear - both have corner folds
