Description
Vee-Jay Records DX 30, "The Beatles Vs. The Four Seasons" double lp set. This is rare, so I've chosen to list it in spite of the fact that is not in the best condition. The cover has some major issues: there is a crumple in the front cover around the "R" and last "S" in "The Four Seasons" which can be seen in the first gallery photo. The bottom seam and almost half of the top seam of the first half of the cover are split. About 3/4 of the bottom seam of the second half of the cover is split. There is writing and a sticker pull (?) at the bottom of the back cover which can be seen in the photo gallery. There is also light general surface wear and a couple of other small imperfections. Both lps are heavily scuffed and The Four Seasons lp has some pretty significant scratches. I spot-played both records and The Beatles lp plays surprisingly well considering its appearance, in the vg+ range with light surface noise that is not overly distracting. The Four Seasons lp plays more in the vg range with more noticable surface noise and some pops.

Insurance: Domestic insurance is available for this record and will be offered in checkout. Although insurance is optional, I highly recommend it. I am not responsible for records damaged or lost by the postal service for which insurance was not purchased.
Returns: I have a very liberal return policy. If you feel a record has been misrepresented, return it for a full refund of the winning bid. If upon receiving the record back I feel you have a legitimate complaint, I will also refund your postage costs. I go out of my way to make sure my buyers are satisfied with all aspects of our transactions, as you will find if you read through my feedback comments.
International Shipping: If your record is of any significant value, I would suggest using Priority Mail International ($28) as this includes insurance. First Class International ($15) is slower and does NOT include insurance. Each additional 12" record is $3. I am not responsible for overseas' shipments lost in the mail.
Grading: I pride myself on my honesty and accuracy in grading. Albums are visually graded unless otherwise noted.

I've added a couple more pictures to try to show the visual condition of the lps, but unfortunately records often tend to look cleaner and less flawed in photos than they actually are. I didn't give a visual grade per se in my original description, but I don't feel they warrant more than a g to g+. I feel I also implied that the Beatles album was in better condition than the Four Seasons album, but visually they are both in pretty rough shape. As stated, both lps are heavily scuffed, and I would add scratched also. I just want bidders to be aware that these albums do not look very appealing. That being said, as I am typing this I am listening to the Beatles lp and it plays remarkably well, as stated in the original description. Again, don't expect much from these visually. They are, however, quite playable and provide enjoyable listening.
