When EMI could not keep up with demand they contracted out to other companies,in this case DECCA, to produce the records.These CONTRACT PRESSINGS are recognised by the DISTINCTIVE DECCA RIDGE about 1cm fom the edge of the labels. These were obviously produced in much fewer numbers than the standard pressings.
