This is a rare and truly complete UK Original of the 'White Album' by The Beatles. This press has the top opening sleeve, dark green Apple labels, ''Sold In The UK' label text, black inner sleeves, all four photographs, the lyric poster and the exceptionally rare white spacer. The records have the early 1/1/1/2 matrix and the original wonderful heavy vinyl. This is without doubt one of the finest copies we have ever owned. The vinyl is fabulous, the labels are amazing, the black sleeves are the best we have ever had and the sleeve is truly incredible. Not only is it in superb condition but it is a genuine complete press with the original plain white spacer. This spacer is so rare, even the finest copies are sold without it. It is also a complete original. The records are original, the black inners are original. It has the 1st press poster and postcards, not glossy light paper reissues and it is the superb Mono press.

Side 1 is in Very Good+ condition. The vinyl has a couple of the lightest marks and a few hairlines. The Apple label is superb, the colours are bold, the text is sharp and there is only the slightest spindle wear. When played the sound is very clear and very warm with only brief moments of the slightest background noise. There is no significant deterioration in the sound at any point.

Side 2 is in Excellent+ condition. The vinyl on each side has a sensational high gloss, with no whitening of the grooves at all, there are just a couple of the lightest hairlines. The dark green Apple labels are completely clean. The green is exceptionally bold, and the white is bright. The black text is sharp and there is no spindle wear just a few very light spider marks visible under a strong light. On playing there the sound is superb - warm, vibrant and crystal clear.

Side 3 is in Very Good+ condition. There is one light mark and a few very light hairlines. There is no spindle wear only a few spider marks visible under strong light. On playing there are just moments of exceptionally light background hiss, otherwise it still sounds superb.

Side 4 is in Excellent+ condition. There are no marks at all just a few very wispy hairlines. This side is in fabulous condition. The vinyl gleams, it has clearly only been played a couple of times. There is no spindle wear just again a few hardly visible spider marks. It is absolutely sensational.

The records are complete with their original black inner sleeves in Excellent condition. There is a little wear to the opening edge and a light corner fold otherwise there are in incredibly rare superb condition.

The 1st press four photographs are in Excellent condition. The colours are vivid and they all have their original just pressed sheen. There is a little edge discolouration but nothing significant, they still look absolutely fabulous.

The 1st press matt double sided poster is in Near Mint condition. The colours are bold, the whites and highlights are still exceptionally bright. The folds are firm and the edges sharp. The whole poster feels solid and looks completely clean.

This is a genuine complete White Album, it has the original white spacer. It is in Excellent condition. It has just the slightest edge discolouration otherwise it is extremely solid and clean and the edges are firm.

The Garrod & Lofthouse top opening laminated sleeve is in Excellent+ condition. The laminate has an amazing high gloss and it is completely clean. The white has no discolouration, it is still exceptionally bright and the low number and Beatles embossed text are sharp and entirely unworn, just like new. There are a couple of minor laminate creases and the slightest hardly visible marks. On opening the cover still has the wonderful firm laminate creak. The inside images and text are flawless. The flipbacks are sealed and complete with no discolouration of any kind. However it is the edges that make this cover undoubtedly the finest we have ever owned. They are stunning, the are incredibly firm and unworn. The spine is truly sensational. There is almost always some slight laminate lift or wear of some kind, well this spine is flawless. It is exceptionally solid and the text is immaculate.
