I quickly check playing quality and overall condition.
Some common terms associated with previously owned records will be used, if you are unfamiliar with these please look up the 'Record Collector' and 'Goldmine' grading systems.
Most of the items I send to auction have more obvious signs of age, use & long term storage. I do not list soiled, cracked, heavily scratched / marked, warped or just badly playing junk and try to make sure everything is of an enjoyable quality and describe honestly.
I have an excellent track record on eBay of doing so.
However if you are particularly fussy about condition and in the habit of scrutinising every groove or will be offended by a side sleeve split, a little light surface presence here & there etc etc etc - most of my auctions will not be suitable for you.
Most of these titles in top condition will be found elsewhere on eBay at the going rates.
POSTAGE
I will combine postage!
I use Royal Mail and two couriers (Hermes / UK Mail) to have flexible and economical postage options.
I do not add unnecessary charges per additional item but work around weight and size categories.
For instance if you win six LP's the total charge on postage would be around £5-6.
Please get in touch with any questions about combined shipping, I cater for all size orders.
Dispatch time is set to five working days this is to allow me time to work through the orders without creating a bottleneck situation and ruining my eBay account with items going out late, as I have many auctions ending on the same day.
I will be working each day until everything is on the way, the less questions asking 'when are you planning to send my item?' the better, thanks!
Expected delivery dates are displayed by eBay before and after the sale.
NO LOCAL COLLECTION - SORRY!
I print and pay for all labels at home and drop all items off at the Post Office or courier drop points. You will not be saving me any time offering to pick the items up, in fact it is more long winded arranging such things.
I work full time and care for a dependant relative at a family home (not mine) so unfortunately collections are just not suitable at the moment, please do not ask me about this after winning items, the answer will be no. @media (query)
