Description
THE BEATLES-RUBBER SOUL-VERY 1ST ISSUE, STEREO-PURCHASED BY ME ON 3/12/1965 EX/CON.
DECEMBER 3TH 1965 I KNOW WHERE I WAS!!!!
“THE BEATLES”
STEREO, 1st ISSUE
RUBBER SOUL
CAT No PCS 3075
I bought this record new on 3/12/1965 at 09.00 at Readings records in the station approach at Clapham Junction.
MANTRIX No’s
Side1- YEX 178-3.
Side2- YEX 179-3.
ON PARLOPHONE
With SOLD IN U.K & “THE GAMOPHONE Co Ltd” on labels.
Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve with small stereo & mono cat No’s printed on the bottom rear right corner.
The top flipback has some slight damage, if you look you will see it in my pic’s. There are no pinholes, tears, writing or stains on the sleeve, just a little light creasing, mostly on the opening and a little fluffing on the corners, but its all very minor, very close to “as new”
The original inner is almost “as new”
The record labels have no writing or other marks and are excellent just a few spindle marks.
I have just played this LP on my I’pro Deck & it has a really excellent sound, almost “as new” the playing surface has a high shine, there may be a few light hairmarks but I could not hear them.
Please be aware this may not be the case on more expensive equipment.
The TRACKS are.
Side 1.
1/ DRIVE MY CAR.
2/ NORWEGIAN WOOD.
3/ YOU WON’T SEE ME.
4/ NOWHERE MAN.

I HAVE A HUGE RECORD COLLECTION AND I AM NOW SLOWLY SELLING THEM ON (I am burning to CD so I still have the sounds) AS MY GRAND KIDS HAVE NO INTEREST- IPODS?? PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE OTHERS ON NOW, MANY MORE TO COME.
JUST A WORD ABOUT POSTAGE-
SADLY UNLIKE THE DEALERS, PRIVATE SELLERS HAVE NO ACCESS TO THE DISCOUNTED COURIERS AND PACKING MATERIALS, WE ALSO HAVE TO PAY A 10% COMMISSION TO EBay ON OUR POST AND PACKING CHARGE. IT TAKES ME ½ AN HOUR TO PACK A RECORD TO MY HIGH STANDARD, I ALWAYS POST WITHIN 24 HOURS USING 1ST CLASS, I BELIEVE MY P/P COST ARE FAIR.
I will give Good postage reductions for multiples.
Please note certain countries outside EU, NORTH AMERICA, AUSTRALIA, & JAPAN, will require tracked postage at extra cost. If in doubt please contact.
THANK YOU STEPHEN.
