Sleeve Condition – VERY GOOD – This sleeve is in really nice condition! Nice sturdy card sleeve with nice bright artwork and strong crisp edges and spine. There is some light evidence of handling/shelf wear but nothing really serious! Comes with the original printed insert.

Record Condition – VERY GOOD – The record appears to be in excellent condition! Really nice black sheen off both sides. I can see one or two little hair/sleeve lines, but these appear to very superficial. There's one thing I will mention. On the edge I can see a little chip out of the vinyl, it's actually before the majority of the run in. I've tested the record and it doesn't have any affect on the playing of it, even using my record players auto arm the needle misses it and lands past where the chip is. I want to accurately grade my records so want to mention its there (see photos for more detail). I can see a little dust on there so I recommend a quick clean before playing, just to further improve sound.
