Description
This is a COLOR COVER ORIGINAL 1968 PRESSING (NOT THE RECENT REISSUE, NOT THE BLACK AND WHITE COVER BOOTLEG) OF THE 1968 ODE RECORDS U.S. LP titled 'Now That Everything's Been Said', with twelve hard to find tunes from the legendary singer / songwriter Carole King and her group The City. It is Ode Records U.S. catalog number 212 44 012, color cover, with a small drill hole near the upper left corner of the cover indicating a promo or a cutout copy. Record comes packaged inside the cover in its original Columbia Records family late1960s-era stock inner sleeve with poster offer and pictures of other then-current Columbia Records family LPs.
This LP contains Carole King's recordings of three of her songs that were popularized by other artists: 'Snow Queen', popularized by Roger Nichols And The Small Circle Of Friends, 'I Wasn't Born To Follow', included by The Byrds on their 'Notorious Byrd Brothers' album and on the 'Easy Rider' movie soundtrack, and 'That Old Sweet Roll (Hi-De Ho)', the big hit by Blood Sweat And Tears included on their self-titled second album.

- Condition of record is a real nice NM- with all original gloss and one or two extremely small and barely visible surface marks which cannot be felt and have absolutely no effect on play. Condition of cover is a high VG++ with the aforementioned drill hole, a little bit of ring and contact wear, and a little wear along the edges and on the corners as the only real flaws.
