Description

Hi
You are viewing a 1987 vinyl LP issue of the 2nd LP for XTC as psychedelic spoof band The Dukes of Stratosphere, so wonderfully done, they sounded as if recorded from 1967-8.
This is an early 1st pressing of the album, with a beautiful gatefold sleeve & multicoloured vinyl.

As a 2nd generation Mod-indie psych enthusiast, I loved these tunes, knew where they were coming from musically etc.

The record has no visible marks, the sleeve has very little shelf wear, & virtually no creasing, & has ALWAYS been kept in a plastic sleeve.

There may be slight surface noise, as I played & enjoyed the album.  (& quite rightly too....).

I do not have a record player at the moment, am ridding myself of a 35 year collection gathered as a working musician & journalist, as we are moving soon. Records have a visual inspection only.  Detailed info as below.....

An essential relic for the neophyte psychedelian.

Buyer to instigate payment with 48 hours of auction ending please.  Overseas bidders, please email me for a postage quote.

Records are packed as follows:

The vinyl (in it's inner sleeve) is removed from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits
The outer sleeve and vinyl (in it's inner sleeve) are placed in a polythene cover
Everything is packed in a new cardboard wraparound box mailer with additional cardboard stiffeners.

I often have similar items of interest, have a look at my other listings. Many thanks for looking?
