CONDITION REPORT & PHOTO GALLERY AUDIO: EXCELLENT(+); this has been completely play graded from start to finish and both sides played through perfectly with a bright clear audio and minimal light static. The sound is crisp and clear without a hint of distortion. I counted maybe 3-4 light pops across the whole record. Superb audio throughout; sounded fantastic.
I haven't cleaned the record, but no doubt the sound could even improve if given the benefit of a professional clean.
VINYL VISUAL: EXCELLENT; lovely shiny vinyl that retains a nice sheen. There are light wispy sleeve removal marks noticeable + hairlines. Looks nice overall and there was nothing that affected the audio which was superb.
LABELS: EXCELLENT; both look great with just some tiny light marks and some spindle tracing.
SLEEVE: EX/EXCELLENT(+); the front laminated sleeve is very fragile and is notoriously difficult to find in a collectable condition but this one is a really lovely example.
The front panel has just some light laminate bubble towards the spine and one tiny 1cm tear to the right hand edge. Light wear to the top and bottom edges. The rear has just the lightest hint of ring wear. A tiny bit of wear to the corners of the spine but the rest of the spine is almost perfect with all text legible. The interior centrefold is Near Mint on its own.
Considering that it is extremely prone to wear, this sleeve has survived its 43 years extremely well. A superb example.
INSERT: NEAR MINT; the famous insert is in superb condition and is complete with no damage whatsoever. The only flaw is a touch of light creasing to Victoria's head and crown. This really is a wonderful example.
There are lots of photos below; please look.

GRADING
Unless otherwise stated, all of my records have been play tested before listing using a Rega P3-24 turntable with Ortofon 2M Blue cartridge & stylus. I describe honestly and accurately but please bear in mind that I am only human and such things are always subjective. I tend to grade records conservatively and believe that my feedback speaks for itself.
Please take confidence from the fact that I have been a collector myself for over 20 years (please check my feedback as a buyer) and know only too well how disappointing it is to receive an inaccurately described record.
I also grade visually using a strong halogen lamp.
I use the Record Collector grading system as shown below.
POSTAGE / SHIPPING
I post worldwide and pack all records in custom made (stiff) card mailers and add extra packaging inside to ensure a safe delivery. I will provide a protective polythene sleeve and the record and inner will be removed from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits in transit. I want your record to get to you in the condition that it was when it left me.
For any records that come with printed inner sleeves, I will also provide an additional plain inner.
As a general rule, shipping will be discounted ie. I lose money on the costs of buying my packaging. I do not profit from this; please remember that my costs are not simply those shown on the stamp!

RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
