THE MILLENNIUM    "BEGIN"    COLUMBIA  CS-9663   360 SOUND  PROMO COPY

The Millennium were a studio band formed as a vehicle for the ideas of mastermind writer/producer Curt Boettcher.  Also included were three ex-members of the MUSIC MACHINE and pre-Crabby Appleton/ soloist Michael Fennelly. Others involved came from the studio BALLROOM and later SAGITARRIUS. This is THE defining moment of this incredible talent. Three singles were released all non-charting; "It's You/I Just Want to be Your Friend", "5 AM/Prelude" and "There is Nothing More to Say/To Claudia on Thursday", fourteen original songs in all. Co-produced by Keith Olsen (Music Machine) who went on to a very successful producing career. Somehow the album didn't chart and was over looked at the time but today we know it for its multi-layered vocal arrangements and majestic musicianship.  Brillant !
