Description
The Rolling Stones - 1st pressing 'self titled' 1964 debut MONO album LK 4605
Side 1, Track 4 lists 'I Need you baby' on both the sleeve and the centre label but it PLAYS 'MONA'
Unboxed red/silver DECCA label with ffrr 'ear' logo - K/T tax stamper - Label matrix XARL.6271 and XARL.6272
Side 1 in the dead wax run off is XARL 6271 -2A but I can't see any marks in the run off on side 2.
The run time for side 2 track 3 'TELL ME' is the short 2.52 version
Laminated front sleeve by CLARIFOLI made by British Celanese Limited, printed in England, the original inner sleeve shows signs of age/wear and the sides are split.
Test played and all tracks play well with the exception of side 2 track 6 'Walking the Dog' which has one skip.
Original owners name penned on both sides of the centre label, some spindle wear, some surface scratches, sleeve damage and discolouration [please see all pics before bidding].
