USA customers, once your order is shipped, you will be emailed your tracking number. Other customers will be notified that their order has been shipped and will include the Customs form number, which in some countries can be used to track the shipment..
I always separate 45 picture sleeves and LP covers from the records and place the records inside clean sleeves to prevent seam splits during transit.
Each 45 or LP will be placed inside a 3mil plastic sleeve. I pack carefully and place records between corrugated cardboard stiffner pads to protect them during shipping.
My shipping rates are as follows.

$3.50 flat fee regardless of how many 45s you order and includes tracking. Smaller orders will ship via First Class Mail; larger order will ship via Media Mail at my discretion.

$4.00 Media Mail flat fee regardless of how many LPs you order.
