I HAVE JUST BOUGHT A NICE COLLECTION OF UNIQUE PROMOS / TEST PRESSING AND ACETATE. THIS COLLECTION CAME FROM A PERSON WHO USED TO WORK IN A MAJOR RADIO STATION FROM THE LATE 1960'S TO THE EARLY 1990'S. THERE ARE UNIQUE TEST PRESSING ACETATE ETC.. OF ROCK / PUNK / SOUL / PROG ETC... SO PLEASE KEEP WATCHING MY AUCTIONS OVER THE NEXT FEW MONTHS FOR THIS ONCE IN A LIFETIME CHANCE TO GET THESE UNIQUE TEST PRESSINGS AND ACETATES.
This is a RARE SET OF 10 PHOTO COPIES FROM 1977-1978 TAKEN BY AN EX- NME MUSIC PAPER EMPLOYEE FROM ORIGINAL PRESS PHOTOS of THE SEX PISTOLS !!!
I bought this set from a person who worked at the NME between 1977-1978, he photo copied back then (37, 36 years ago) the original press photos (as you cannot take the original copies from the NME office), I am not sure but some of these photos might have never been used, or seen before!!!
The photo copies were done in 1977 at the NME office and althoughare photo copies they are still 37 years old and will be of interest to PUNK collectors,they are all on A4 papers, some have a a bit of yellowing from age but all are in at least VG++/VG+++ condition !!!
There are 10 photos in this set and I also have many other SEX PISTOLS / CLASH / GENERATION X and THE JAM similar sets up for sale this week !!!
This will be posted in a 12" record mailer with extra ardboard sheets for protection !!!
