The Velvet Underground

La Cave 1968 - Problems In Urban Living

Format: 2xLP

Record Label: Keyhole

Condition: New (sealed)

* Remastered - 180 gram vinyl - gatefold sleeve - includes background notes and pictures.
* When The Velvet Underground played three nights in Cleveland at the start of October 1968, founding member John Cale had just departed and Doug Yule had only been in the band for two days. Nonetheless, the revised quartet turned in a superb performance, including several then-unreleased songs (with alternative lyrics) and lots of notable guitar soloing, making it an essential document for VU devotees.
* Track Listing: Move Right In / I Can't Stand It / What Goes On / Waiting For The Man / Pale Blue Eyes / Foggy Notion / Heroin / Jesus / Venus In Furs / Beginning To See The Light / Sister Ray / That's The Story Of My Life
