Description

Up for auction is this fasinating psych lp. The Velvet Underground & Nico on Verve V6- 5008 stereo matrix ( MGS-558 REV) with unpeeled banana on front cover. Produced by Andy Warhol.

Vinyl: appears to be Near Mint.

Cover: airbrushed back cover, VG+ with no splits, shows some ring wear, little edge wear, noticeable crease on stock of banana, inside gatefold upper right corner has loose paper from crease (easy reglue), some light discoloration throughout, solid cover overall.

Overall: nice, with near mint vinyl, unpeeled banana and rarity of this 60s psych lp. It's a winner for a collection.
