Description
Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room. This week’s auctions feature my progressive and psychedelic records that are form my own personal collection, so here we go!
On offer, a very rare U.K. pressing of The Vertigo Annual 1970 on the SWIRL VERTIGO label, cat. no. 6657 001.
The records are in EX minus condition, there a couple non-sounding hairlines on each of four sides only. The labels are in VG condition, ther previous owner has put his initials on all four sides and the B-sides have X marks. On side 4, the previous owner has written the time of very song on the bottom of the label. Besides the writing, there are a couple spindle marks only.
The cover is in EX minus condition, the previous owner has removed the price sticker on the front, leaving a couple very small tear marks (almost unnoticeable) and the spine has a couple very tiny bald spots. There is also very slight wear on the opening edge on the front. Besides these mentioned small defects, there is nothing wrong with this cover; no writing, no large rips or tears or other unwanted damage. Unfortunately the original Swirl inner sleeves are missing, the records come with plain white inners.
Although there is some writing on the labels and the cover has some minor defects, this Vertigo Swirl sampler record is getting hard to find these days, especially in a neat condition. If you are looking for a perfect playing copy with a great looking cover, this copy would be the one! Happy Bidding!
