RARE ISRAELI LP

Hard to find Original Israeli pressing of The Who's  "Live At Leeds" !

Made in Israel in 1970 by "Litratone record company" on red Polydor label.

This is Israeli pressing had a flip-back laminated front cover with a totally different front and back cover than other pressings worldwide. It features pictures of the band playing live on front and the member's pictures on back, all with white background.

Also printed on front cover is Eric Cohn's quote from The New York Times (it is the best live rock album ever made").

This is simply a magnificent and one of the most unique covers ever for a WHO album.

The label design is borrowed from the German Red Polydor design but without the words "made in Germany" printed on it.

This record was made in a very low quantity and hardly sold any copies in Israel. It is extremely rare and especially in this great condition ! Most copies that turns up for sale has a torn or heavily worn out covers.

A totally unique item and a must for fans and collectors of The Who.

Labels are Near Mint

Cover is strong EX+, as close as possible to Near Mint (small wear on back left spine) nearly perfect lamination (lightly wear on right spine), no tears, no seam splits.

Packaging

Records are wrapped in bubble-nylon and packed in a high-quality heavy cardboard package. Record is being taken out of the sleeve to avoid damages while shipping.

Grading

I use "Record Collector" grading method (Mint, NM, EX, VG, etc.)

My highest grade for a non-sealed records is usually NM (Near Mint) I will grade it as Mint only if it's sealed or if I am 100% certain that this record was hardly ever played and has no pressings faults. I will not list records less than VG condition unless they are extremely rare.
