Description

TRAFFIC TRAFFIC
Issue : UK PINK EYE PRESS        Label : ISLAND        Catalogue No : ILPS 9081
Matrix : ILPS 9081 A-2 / B-5

This UK 1st press is on the earliest ‘eye’ Island label. It is complete with the earliest ILPS 9081 A-2 / B-5 matrix and the gatefold inner booklet gatefold Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve.
The vinyl is in EXCELLENT condition. It has a sensational gloss, the grooves still have their original jet back finish and there is only the slightest sign of play. The Island label is extremely bright and clean. The colours are solid and the text is sharp. There is only the cery slightest spindle wear.

We listened to the vinyl and the sound quality is EXCELLENT. Superb clarity and separation, with only moments of the slightest hiss. The album is superb throughout.

The gatefold sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition. The sleeve is extremely solid, the colours are bright and the image is superb. There is slight edge and corner wear. The inside is like new, exceptionally bright, the booklet is perfect and there is no discolouration at all. The spine is firm with clear text.
