Description

Mint, most likely never played 45 record direct from Tema Records.  Also included are both the Registration of a Claim to Copyright Certificate for both songs, dated Feb 15, 1965.  Also, the original signed royalty agreement from 1965 for Mine Forever, signed by Larry Meese, the Writer and James Testo, Tema Music.  A copy of the Royalty agreement for "The Hurtin Kind" is also included.  Purchased from the estate of James Testo, found in a huge box of items about various Cleveland area bands, and a lot of The Baskerville Hounds.  This  45 seemed to be the only item of great value in the box, if anybody wants to look through the box, let me know I am in WIlloughby, we can make arrangements.
Found in a plastic protective sleeve with all the paperwork(Last photo).  Winner will get everything pictured.
