Description
DESCRIPTION: Talk Talk- Spirit Of Eden. 1ST UK pressing with lowest A1/B1 matrix and printed inner sleeve. Ambient classic. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Parlophone PCSD 105 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1988 COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK: CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG+/EX: Vinyl is really clean with a nice sheen and only a few light brushing lines. You will know what a difficult LP this is to get sounding clean on vinyl- no matter how it looks. Played most of this this morning on my budget deck. Sits flat on the turntable. Plays VG and better at times. Music is loud and prominent but there is a trace/trickle of background sound throughout. Cover is in great shape, a very decent EX. It is firm and square and has minimal edge wear, corner wear and less than light creasing. Inner is better than EX, clean and white with minimal wear and no splits. Really clean labels- check out the photos. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. Beware of any copy of this graded above EX. It will not play EX due to the crappy late 80s vinyl. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER /GLAM/METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD. ALL ITEMS (OR COMBINATIONOF ITEMS) SELLING FOR OVER £20 MUST BE SENT SIGNED FOR OR AIRSURE TO COMPLY WITH PAYPAL POLICIES- ASK ME FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
