Description
Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.
This is an auction for: Talk Talk - Spirit of Eden - RARE Original Vinyl LP album 1988.
NO buy it now's or offers accepted. Auction only.
Original UK pressing from 1988.
Vinyl Condition: G/VG (Record has light surface marks, light lines and light scratches caused by the rough card inner sleeve. This is very common with this album and it is nearly impossible to find an original UK pressing without any marks. The record is in good condition though and plays very well. There is some light crackle and some light pops and clicks in places but no sticks or jumps. The last track has some light background clicks but is not major. Overall the record plays well with good sound. Such a brilliant album).
Inner Sleeve Condition: VG (Nice condition. No splits).
Outer Sleeve Condition: VG (Some minor edge and corner wear & creasing but is in nice condition. There is the odd light corner knock and some light rubbing in places but overall a nice condition sleeve especially for its age).
I grade my records as follows:
M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.
Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.
VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.
G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
If you would like further information on sleeve or record condition then please email me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Please note: Due to the large amount of CD’s and records that I am selling, I don’t have time to include the track listings. If the track listing is important to you then please email me and I will send you the track list.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR POSTAGE ADDRESS IS UP TO DATE AND CORRECT BEFORE BIDDING.
Cheers and happy bidding.
