Description
4 Classic Beatles Albums on Vinyl - Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, Beatles For Sale, A Hard Day's Night and Help! - original releases, 1st pressings.
I played all these records through to check them before putting them up for sale - they all played fine, without jumping, and they sound decent overall, but there is noticeable surface noise and a few deeper scratches which produce noticeable clicks now and again during playback. They could all do with a professional deep-clean. I've described the condition for each individually below:
- Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band- one deeper score across side 2 and numerous lighter marks and scratches across the whole surface area of sides 1 and 2. Outer and inner sleeves intact with only minor wear, and some marks on the inner record sleeve. Spine only half-legible.
- Help! - one large score on side 1 and numerous smaller marks and scratches on both sides. A lot of surface crackle at times. Minor age-related wear and tear to the inner and outer sleeve.
- A Hard Day's Night - no inner protective sleeve, but probably the best condition overall - the record has light marks and scratches across the surface but nothing serious, and it sounds pretty good. Only minor wear to the outer sleeve.
- Beatles For Sale - also no inner protective sleeve, but the outer sleeve has only minor wear. Record in okay condition, with numerous mild-to-medium scratches and marks on both sides but nothing too severe. Noticeable surface noise. Spine only half-legible.
