Album: THE BEATLES COLLECTION. LIMITED EDITION U.S. BLUE BOX BC 13 #3242/3300.
This is the American version of the Beatles Collection. It is rare and the most sought after. Released in November 1978, this set contains the 12 original Parlophone studio releases plus the bonus LP "Rarities" (14 LP'S total). Each of the twelve original releases is housed in a beautiful, high gloss, Garrod and Lofthouse laminated sleeve. It also contains a pristine Beatles poster.
This set was limited to only 3300 numbered copies.
Still the best Beatles STEREO box set after nearly 40 years. The vinyl is UK pressed with early stampers.

NOTES: The blue box is imitation leather cardboard with gold etched letters and number.

Light scuffs or hairline scratches that do not affect play. Very minor defects such as marks around the spindle hole may be present.
There may be very light creases or minor corner wear/bends. Promo or cut-out markings may be present. NO seam splits.
(VG+) Very Good Plus
More scuffs or scratches that may have a slight affect on sound quality. Defects are slightly heavier such as the spindle hole becoming slightly misshapen or light warps that do not affect play.
Very faint ring wear or discoloration. Creases and corner wear are heavier and more noticeable. There may be a seam split on the bottom of less than one inch.
(VG) Very Good
Lacks most of the original gloss. Groove wear is evident and scratches are deep enough to feel with a fingernail. When played there is surface noise that is not overpowering the music.
Ring wear is becoming very noticeable and seam splits may be on all three sides. Corners and seams show considerable wear and someone may have written on it.
(G) Good
Significant groove wear. Heavier scratches than VG. Plays without skipping but has much background noise. Label is well worn.
Significant ring wear, seam splits and considerable or heavy writing, markings or stickers. The cover is considerably used and abused.
