Excellent copy of an original Canadian pressing of THE BEATLES "Let It Be" box set

Condition: overall excellent -!
The record: shiny, heavy vinyl, almost impeccable except for light scruffs that are not audible whatsoever.
Side 1: JS-17,500-9 Phil+Ronnie SOAL-1-6357
Side 2: JS-17,500-9 Phil+Ronnie SOAL-2-6357
Graded as excellent -.
The sleeve: Some overall wear, no writings, no tears, heavy cardboard. Slight disclouration on the tops of front and back sleeve (see picture). Very nice and readable spine! Litho in Canada. Graded as very good +.
Outer box: very strong, intact, no writings or tears. Some usage at the edges with little bumps on the corners. Slight discolouration on the Ringo picture. Overall graded as very good ++.
Outer tray: Original outer tray. Some wrinkles, but still beautiful, no tears or marks. Intact! Graded as excellent -.
Inner tray: Original, torn on top and bottom, otherwise very fine and stable example. Graded as very good.
Book: Stunning! No loose pages. Strong, intact spine. Little bump at bottom corner, otherwise perfect. Graded as excellent ++.
Please note: If you are not satisfied that the record is in the condition described, I will happily take it back and refund the cost of the item upon return in exactly the same condition as it was shipped.
Grading standard:
SS Still Sealed Never opened. Flawless, with no damage whatsoever.
M- Mint Minus / EX+ Excellent Plus or M Mint
Has been opened, but is still flawless with no damage whatsoever.
Vinyl: No visible marking / scuffing / scratches & plays perfectly.
EX
Vinyl: May have scuff marks and signs of some wear but will still play almost perfectly throughout, with only "barely detectable" crackles or pops. A slight noise at the beginning is allowable, but the remainder must be nearly flawless. Definitely no scratches or gouges that a touch with a dry finger can feel.
Cover: May only have the slightest signs of normal wear.
VG Very Good
Vinyl: May crackle, pop or make other annoying noises, but only occasionally, never continuously, and not more loudly than the music being listened to
Cover: Normal used cover wear such as ring wear and split seams. If there is abnormal damage such as tears or markings, but the seller still feels that it qualifies as a "VG", the damage must be described in comments attached to the item.
G Good
Vinyl: May have continuous low level crackles, pops, etc... but not so loud as to make the music completely unlistenable or unenjoyable to the casual listener. Might also have "nasty little scratch" causing popping on one or two more songs, with the rest of record playing fine.
Cover: More than normal wear and tear.
F Fair
i.e. Vinyl: Only one side playable
P Poor i.e. Only one or two songs on the whole album are playable.
