Description
The Beatles, Please Please Me, 1963 original vinyl in mono.
This is their first iconic album in the way it was meant to be heard.
This is a good, solid example from my own collection which I am now downsizing. It's been stored away for the last few years.
I'll give an honest a breakdown as I can so you know what you're getting.
The cover is good overall, strong and sturdy. There are a few expected age related creases - especially to the corners - sellotape residue top and bottom and some writing on the back.
The inner sleeve is very good - a little wear and creasing but no splits or tears.
The labels are good, just a bit of standard spindle-wear. The vinyl itself, again, is good - a few expected scuffs and hairlines but nothing too egregious. I've play tested it and it plays fine all the way throughout - no jumps or skips.
The matrixes are XEX 421-N / XEX 422 - 1N. Stampers are 10/RDA and 3(?)/RR0.
Overall this is a decent respectable copy of an original album which is still holding up well nearly 60 years later!
