Description
This is a copy of the LP Rubber Soul by The Beatles, first pressing "Loud Cut" mono UK issue from 1965 on Parlophone PMC 1267.
The matrices are YEX 579 - 1 G DL and YEX 580 - 1 LO
Visually the vinyl is in Very Good condition with a lot of minor paper scuffs and handling marks but it plays surprisingly loud and clear with just some quiet, unobtrusive background noise in between tracks. The labels are clean with no writing, stains, stickers or scuffs. There are several spindle lines on each label.
The flip-back, front-laminated cover is in Very Good condition. There are no stickers, shelf wear, ring wear, writing, scuffs, splits or tears. There is creasing to the laminate on the front, light general ageing to the non-laminated back and a tiny dedication written in ink on the back. The cardboard feels crisp and fresh and the spine is perfectly readable.
The original "greaseproof paper" lined inner sleeve has a few handling creases and light general ageing / browning. Printed by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd.
I ship in purpose-made strong cardboard mailers and I'm happy to combine multiple purchases to save postage costs. I can combine LPs in one parcel up to the Royal Mail limit of 2 kg. This is usually 6 to 8 LPs depending on whether they're singles, doubles, gatefold etc. A 2kg. parcel posted to a UK address is £6.60 for First C lass and £4.20 for Second Class. Please e-mail me with any questions.
