Description
For sale is a copy of The Beatles eight studio album, Sgt. Pepper’sLonely hearts Club Band.
This is an original Stereo 9th Pressing produced in 1987 which features the ‘2 box EMI’ black and silver Parlophone labels.
This is a great copy for someone starting their collection wanting a nice copy to listen to.

Many vinyl records are mis-sold on eBay. There are several details which identify this copy as a true 9th pressing. They are:
- · Non-laminated gatefold sleeve with barcode on the rear.
- · Black labels with silver boxed Parlophone logo.
- · EMI printed within a box at the bottom and top of the label(2 box).
- · ‘P 1967’ publishers’ year.
- · ‘PCS 7027’ catalogue number.
- · Matrix numbers YEX 637-1-1 D (side 1) and YEX 638-1-2 D (side2).

I use the Goldmine standard as a reference for grading.
Vinyl: Excellent
The vinyl is in superb visual condition and has fantastic playback.
The vinyl surface retains the original gloss sheen.
The labels are bright and have virtually no spindle wear.
There are only a couple of light marks on either side.
The audio on both sides is fantastic; crisp and clear with very little background crackle.
A really enjoyable record to listen to.
Sleeve: Excellent
The sleeve is in great condition.
Both the front, rear and centrefold are very clean and retain the original bright colours.
The corners are sharp, and the spine is well defined.
There are no rips, tears or writing present anywhere on the sleeve.
The only thing to note are two tiny scuffs on the front.
Inner Sleeve: Excellent
The inner sleeve is the original DRG packaging ‘patent pending’ inner sleeve.
It is very white without any staining or discolouration.
There is no writing or creasing.
Also included in the sale is an audiophile quality inner sleeve which provides the best possible protection for the record.
This is a great copy of an 80’s reissue. Perfect for a copy to listen to.
The outer sleeve, vinyl, and inner sleeve are all housed within a premium quality polythene outer sleeve.
The record will be sent within a padded vinyl record mailer and will be sent via an insured courier.
