Issued Aug 1978.Issued in die-cut posterboard cover. This version, like the original Capitol release and unlike the UK original, is banded and does not contain the gibberish in the runout of side 2.
On back cover: "LIMITED PICTURE EDITION Sound quality may not be comparable to conventional edition. This album has been released previously under a different cover as SMAL-2653"
