PLEASE READ FIRST!
I'm having to make this even clearer as people are still buying records I'm grading low and as a 'collection filler', and then complain about the audio quality when they try to play them. As I do not own a record player I VISUALLY GRADE my records, so I cannotguarantee that discs will be click, skip and noise free (although any marks that may cause such problems will be highlighted in the description).
All photos are of the actual item on sale. I do not use stock or 'borrowed' images.
THE BEATLES
The White Album
Original Parlophone P-PCS Export Pressing! Complete Set!
On offer here is one of the true Holy Grails of Beatles collecting! This is an original, complete copy of the Beatles legendary LP 'The White Album' - this is the original yellow / black Parlophone export copy, catalogue number P-PCS 7067 / 7068
This album was originally released on the Apple label. However, EMI UK printed off an absolutely tiny, extremely limited run of copies on the Parlophone label specifically to export to other countries which was never, ever available in the UK.
This set is being offered complete in its original top opening, uniquely numbered sleeve of 0514707, original black inner sleeves, poster and four photos, all original.
Please check out large, detailed photos of this record at the bottom of this listing.
Title The Beatles (White Album) Year of Release 1968 Catalogue Number P-PCS 7067/7068 Label Yellow / Black Parlophone Tax Code on Disc - Sleeve Manufacturer Garrod & Lofthouse Side 1 Matrix Number YEX 709-1 Side 2 Matrix Number YEX 710-1 Side 3 Matrix Number YEX 711-1 Side 4 Matrix Number YEX 712-2 Side 1 Stampers 2 / GDD Side 2 Stampers 4 / LG Side 3 Stampers 4 / PM Side 4 Stampers 1 / GOP Cover Condition The cover is in VG condition. The sleeve is holding up fine with no splits or tears, but is showing its age . The cover has creamed a little and there's some rubbing and light wear on the seams, spine and corners but, as I say, there are no splits or tears. The inside has a few, light age spots but, again looks decent. Nice example! Inner Sleeve Condition The inner sleeves are in VG and EX condition. One sleeve has a few splits in the middle of the seams and has a little wear along the opening. The other inner sleeve looks much better with no splits and looks less creased. Inserts Condition The poster is in EX+ condition. The poster is looking really decent and clean and looks like it's seldom been out of the sleeve. Nice and flat with no splits, tears or creases. Great condition! The photos are in EX- condition. The photos are in very decent condition with no creases or tears. They have a good, original colour to them and the backs just have some light age spots to them. Nothing serious, though. Nice photos!
Disc Condition(VISUALLY GRADED) Disc 1 is in G condition. The disc has a nice shine to it but has a fair amount of light scuffing. However, there are some heavier scuffs and marks on side 1 which are feelable under the fingernail. There is a mark at 9 o'clock that runs about an inch in from the outer edge that's feelable and there's a light but noticeable surface scratch in the deadwax at 4 o'clock.
Disc 2 is in VG+ condition. The disc has a a nice, clean shine to it but has some light scuffing and marks, nothing at all nasty or serious looking, however.
Label Condition The labels are in VG+/EX- condition. Both labels are clean with bright, silver text and have no writing, tears etc. There's some light spindlewear and some light whitening around the centrehole as you can see in the photos below. The labels on disc 2 are in VG+/EX- condition. Both labels are clean with bright, silver text and have no writing, tears etc. There's just a little, light needle damage around the centrehole as you can see in the photos below.

My Vinyl Grading:
MINT No true preowned disc can be mint. The highest I will ever grade a disc is NM+/M- if it looks untouched and unplayed, but the MINT description will only be for records I personally know have never been played (i.e. I personally bought from new) or for copies that are still sealed. NEAR MINT (NM) For discs that look near flawless and which may have just the slightest, barely visible little whispy marks here and there. EXCELLENT (EX) For discs that still retain a brilliant, clean shine but does have some light scuffs here and there. VERY GOOD (VG) For discs that still look clean and have a nice shine to them, but do have a fair amount of light scuffmarks and/or some light scratches. GOOD (G) For discs that look like they have been loved and have a fair amount of scuffs and surface scratches. Not in terrible condition, but would look like it would play with a lot of crackle. FAIR (F) For discs that may have some life left in them but are pretty trashed with numerous surface scuffs and heavier scuffs and scratches etc POOR (P) For discs that are unplayable and look completely trashed. Discs like this would only ever be offered if they were insanely rare.price rating
